CRISPY MAGGI CHAAT

Crunchy, spicy, and straight-up addictive. Maggi noodles are crushed and air fried until golden and crisp, then tossed with the tastemaker and loaded with fresh chaat toppings and Yo Amma Indian Chili Crisp. It’s fast, fiery, and built for texture in every bite.
INGREDIENTS
FOR THE CRISPY MAGGI
2 packs Maggi noodles (tastemaker reserved)
Oil spray or 1–2 tsp neutral oil
FOR THE CHAAT MIX
½ cup chopped tomatoes
½ cup finely chopped red onion
1–2 green chilies, finely chopped
¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
¼ cup roasted whole peanuts
1–2 tbsp Yo Amma Indian Chili Crisp
Lemon juice, to taste
Salt, to taste
HOW TO MAKE IT
CRUSH
Break Maggi noodles into small pieces directly in a bowl.
CRISP
Lightly spray with oil and air fry at 375–400°F for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and crispy.
SEASON
While still warm, sprinkle in the tastemaker and toss well so it evenly coats the crispy noodles.
BUILD
Transfer to a mixing bowl and add tomatoes, onion, green chilies, cilantro, and peanuts.
TOSS
Add Yo Amma Indian Chili Crisp, a squeeze of lemon juice, and salt if needed. Toss until evenly combined.
SERVE
Serve immediately while the Maggi stays crisp.
