SMASHED CUCUMBER SALAD

This salad is crisp, bright, and full of contrast. Cool cucumbers are smashed and tossed in a tangy soy–vinegar dressing, then finished with toasted sesame and a bold spoon of Yo Amma Indian Chili Crisp. Light, refreshing, and deeply addictive in every bite.
INGREDIENTS
FOR THE SALAD
2 Persian cucumbers or 1 English cucumber
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1½ tsp soy sauce
1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
1–2 tbsp Yo Amma Indian Chili Crisp (with crunchy bits)
HOW TO MAKE IT
Prepare the Cucumbers
Lightly smash the cucumbers with the side of a knife or a rolling pin, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
Dress the Salad
Toss the cucumbers with rice vinegar, soy sauce, and Yo Amma Indian Chili Crisp until well coated.
Finish and Serve
Transfer to a bowl and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds. Serve immediately for maximum crunch.
