SPICY SNACK MIX

This mix is crunchy, glossy, and deeply addictive. Chex, pretzels, and nuts are tossed with melted butter and Yo Amma Indian Chili Crisp, then baked low and slow until every piece is evenly coated. Savory, spicy, and impossible to stop eating.
INGREDIENTS
FOR THE SNACK MIX
4 cups Chex cereal (rice or corn)
2 cups pretzels
1 cup peanuts or mixed nuts
3 tbsp Yo Amma Indian Chili Crisp (with oil and crunchy bits)
1 tbsp butter or ghee
Salt to taste
HOW TO MAKE IT
Preheat the Oven
Preheat oven to 300°F.
Coat the Mix
Melt butter or ghee and stir in Yo Amma Indian Chili Crisp, making sure to include plenty of the oil and crunchy bits. In a large bowl, toss Chex, pretzels, and nuts until evenly coated.
Bake (Best Texture)
Spread the mix in an even layer on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until crisp, glossy, and lightly toasted.
Cool and Serve
Let cool slightly before serving — it gets even better as it sets.
